I do it to myself, the busyness, the overcommitment, the feeling that I am the only one that can do it, so I must do it all. Versatility is "being open to new experiences and challenges, and actively seeking out opportunities to learn and grow. It also requires a willingness to step outside of one's comfort zone and take on tasks that may be unfamiliar or challenging." Embodying Versatility I get bored frequently, it could be a little bit because of my ADHD or that my interests change with different phases of my life or even with the seasons. I love trying new things and I thrive when there is change or when I'm given an opportunity to do something new.
